Requirements

  • Ability to collect, analyze, perform due diligence, and underwrite new investment opportunities

  • Support for acquisition, financing, and disposition processes
  • Assistance with capital market activities, property asset management, and operational responsibilities
  • Involvement in investor reporting requests
  • Facilitation of monthly reporting, trending, forecasting, and projections
  • Making recommendations regarding property operations
  • Handling escrow analysis, construction draws, replacement reserve reimbursements, and performance analysis
  • Valuation of existing real estate assets based on historical operating and financial performance
  • Financial modeling of future real estate asset performance using company standards and due diligence
  • Compiling, logging, and interpreting due diligence on financial performance, physical condition, market conditions, and third-party reports
  • Financial modeling for development and construction of new real estate projects
