Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or data management using an ERP system (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, tables, and trend analysis

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis and/or break-even analysis for various assignments by Financial Planning (FP&A) Team leader to identify improvement opportunities
  • Build new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analyses
  • Provide financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts
  • Provide analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives
  • Create financial and cost models from scratch to complete sound recommendations
  • Source, analyze, and report quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis
  • Analyze trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives
  • Develop monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting
  • Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends
  • Educating, communicating, and partnering with site leadership
  • Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics
