- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting; manufacturing environment a plus
- Proven track record of leading large-scale systems implementations, upgrades, or automation projects
- Understanding of inventory control
- Deep expertise in ERP/EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and Finance processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and best practices
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject-matter expert for Warehouse/Operations/Finance systems strategy, roadmap, and solution design
- Lead large-scale system initiatives including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and automation projects
- Analyze Finance and Accounting processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and effective technical solutions
- Implement new programs in Warehouse inventory system
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and developer/project teams to deliver system enhancements that meet business priorities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring data integrity and effective controls
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for system changes and enhancements
