Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in Finance or as a Financial Analyst. Experience with product cost forecasting and inventory variance forecasting is required, and familiarity with Planning & Oracle Cloud is preferred. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Finance Planning & Budgeting Analyst will work and coordinate with all parties during the budget plan and monthly Spending forecast, monitor the Spending forecast versus actual by weekly/monthly, track and compare the Actual Spending of the company against the budget, and provide updated status reports to the manager. They will analyze Spending expenses, ensure accurate recording, and provide reports to counterpart departments, coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets, verify the completeness of Purchase Requests, and set up Standard Cost forecasts for HDD Thailand. Additionally, the analyst will perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.
