Requirements

Unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency

Humble and sharing a passion for building and executing new businesses
Accounting background
Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm
Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business
UK working permit
Media and Conferences industry background preferred, but not mandatory
Ability to work onsite in London HQ (full-time)

Responsibilities

Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning
Provide weekly updates on cash flow
Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights
Evaluate and implement cost optimization programs
Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health
Offer support to sales and operations teams
Lead the Working Capital responsibilities
Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO on finances, budgets, and investor reporting
Participate in investor reporting and board meetings
