Responsibilities
- Focus on manufacturing cost management and control
- Act as a leader by supporting and guiding other teams in the execution of savings projects
- Contribute to Fiscal year goal achievements
- Develop teamwork skills by building strong relationships with other areas (operation, logistics, engineering, quality, internal controls, etc.)
- Find solutions to problems, eliminate non-value processes, and discover new and innovative savings opportunities while ensuring "Doing the right thing"
