Responsibilities

  • Own the long-range models for P&L and FCF forecasts and scenario planning
  • Collaborate with Business Development & Strategy, regional commercial, and functional teams to validate assumptions, gather business intelligence and internal forecasts, and produce insightful long-term outlook
  • Perform in-depth Revenue and Gross Margin analysis as part of AOP and rolling forecast processes to identify risks & opportunities and guide resource allocation to support business strategy
  • Incorporate meaningful KPIs and market growth/share in a driver-based model that explains key factors impacting Pump, CGM, and Consumables revenue performance and future growth
  • Support CFO and Head of IR in quarterly Investor Relations process by providing press release materials, performance drivers, and competitor & market analysis
  • Play a key role in preparing for Finance functional readiness related to the IPO of the Diabetes business
  • Lead the Diabetes business unit’s Long-range Financial model as a core component of IPO preparation
