Requirements

  • TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • 16 years of experience (combination of work history and education: Doctorate + 8 years, Master’s + 10 years, Bachelor’s + 12 years, Associate’s + 14 years, or HS diploma + 16 years)
  • Prior experience as a Financial Director
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with Costpoint, SAP or other ERP Systems
  • External client facing, consulting experience
  • Knowledge of governmental and government contractor budgeting systems and practices
  • Knowledge of cost accounting standards (CAS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all finance and procurement activities for a prime program supporting global network solutions
  • Serve as key financial business advisor to senior leadership and organization managers; lead contributor in the development of operating plans and business-related processes and implementation of near-term and long-range strategies
  • Compare and analyze financial results with plans and forecasts; identify trends, assess and communicates reliable metrics that management can use to make informed business decisions both internally and with the client
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend corrective actions to achieve labor and cost plans
  • Supervise the finance, subcontracting, and procurement teams
  • Develop visualization dashboards that provide performance metrics reporting and trending analysis of multiple functional business areas
  • Merge data from core business applications and service business leads to develop financial models, build briefings, and make recommendations to senior executives (client facing and internal) on the financial performance of a Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF) program
  • Prepare monthly contract financial status deliverables and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) with attention to detail to the client, including monthly Contract Funds Status Reports and Business Management Reviews
  • Audit time and expense charges for compliance with government regulations and corporate policy
  • Contribute to knowledge management by documenting standard processes and collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and internal program control
  • Work directly with subcontractors to fund, manage, and administer their subcontracts to include reconciling monthly invoices in support of the overall program
  • Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements
  • Inform Program Manager and organization leadership on financial trends and reporting program performance to include burn rate analysis, labor and other direct cost (ODC) forecasting, and estimates at completion; recommend corrective actions to achieve financial plans
  • Collaborate with AT&T corporate to prepare revenue forecasting and analysis
  • Help the program meet contractual financial requirements and developing high quality monthly deliverables
