Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or proven experience in a relevant financial role
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Excel and Power Platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate) required for analyzing and uploading large data sets on daily basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bulgarian

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily operations of the Accounts Payable processing team to ensure flawless execution of cost allocation
  • Ensure all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements by accurate and timely upload of financial data per agreed SLA
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time processing and payment of the assigned documents
  • Independently resolve queries; handles communication and participates in ad-hoc projects
  • Prepare and review upload templates and interface mappings to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement enhancements
