Responsibilities

  • Independently collaborate with business units (SBU) and provide support throughout the entire financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle
  • Lead standard cost reviews and annual rate setting/updates, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Strengthen financial governance framework, particularly in approval processes and purchase orders; closely collaborate with financial control team and external auditors to support STAT reporting
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to lead factory planning cycles, including strategic forecasting, predictions, reviews, comprehensive reporting, and support for operational plans
  • Work with operational leaders to identify and drive key opportunities to improve factory productivity and operational excellence
  • Analyze key financial metrics such as Net COS, EBIT, MOH, CCP%, Factory Productivity Walk, etc.; organize monthly and quarterly forecasting meetings; lead annual PI (performance improvement) activities
  • Drive operational teams to identify anomalies, controllables, and operational drivers; ensure in-depth root cause analysis and assign clear accountability for corrective actions
