Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years door-to-door data collection experience
  • Preferred project management or project delivery experience in market research
  • Minimum 2 years team management experience
  • Good understanding of market research principles
  • Good command of English (written and verbal) and ability to speak dialect for local coordination
  • Flexible, able to work beyond office hours and on standby on weekends/public holidays
  • Good working attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to persuade household respondents to participate in surveys
  • Ability to handle rejection well
  • Well-organized with ability to plan and prioritize
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • Basic knowledge of handling mobile devices/electronic tablets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door or face-to-face interviews to recruit respondents for assigned Media projects
  • Supervise part-time interviewers to ensure successful project completion
  • Collect data by conducting face-to-face interviews with randomly selected household respondents for 6 days a week
  • Key-in data collected into the survey platform using provided tablets
  • Administer contact sheets or summaries where necessary
  • Ensure all data collected is accurate
  • Manage assigned part-time interviewers on a project basis (e.g., RAM - Radio Audience Measurement)
  • Oversee FW quota for CMV (Consumer Media View) and RAM to ensure project completion
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Report to Data Acquisition Manager on a regular basis
