Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment
  • Technical Diploma in Engineering or higher
  • Analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting
  • Valid offshore experience
  • Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills

Responsibilities

  • Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells
  • Working unsupervised, monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life
  • Leading the field service team with confidence ensuring positive customer outcomes
  • Performing well in a team environment
  • Handling special projects as assigned
  • Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
