Minimum of 2-6 years of technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment
Technical Diploma in Engineering or higher
Analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting
Valid offshore experience
Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills

Responsibilities

Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells
Working unsupervised, monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life
Leading the field service team with confidence ensuring positive customer outcomes
Performing well in a team environment
Handling special projects as assigned
Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
