Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronic engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated expertise in setting up, testing, and providing technical assistance for relevant systems (e.g., Checkweigher, X-ray, Metal Detector)
Strong technical background with a focus on engineering principles
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English and Italian – both written and verbal
Ability to travel within Italy as required to meet client needs and abroad
Full driving license
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards

Responsibilities

Successfully implement and provide technical support for systems such as Checkweigher, X-ray, and Metal Detector
Perform detailed installations and rigorous testing of equipment to ensure efficient performance
Deliver world-class customer service by solving and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to resolve the best solutions for clients' needs
Maintain accurate records of service activities and provide detailed reports to management
