Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in setting up, testing, and providing technical assistance for relevant systems (e.g., Checkweigher, X-ray, Metal Detector)
  • Strong technical background with a focus on engineering principles
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Italian – both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel within Italy as required to meet client needs and abroad
  • Full driving license
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed installations and rigorous testing of equipment to ensure efficient performance
  • Deliver world-class customer service by solving and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to resolve the best solutions for clients' needs
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and provide detailed reports to management
