Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a regular higher education institution (or equivalent high school diploma with corresponding work experience)
Initial work experience in the field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Perform all on-site service activities related to life extension, repair, and inspection of installed equipment fleets
Supervise construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at customer sites
Conduct on-site activities including machining, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), blade alignment, windings, critical welding, and generator diagnostics
Make engineering decisions
Develop conceptual knowledge in a professional discipline
Apply business acumen developed from education or past experience
Understand how own team's work contributes to the region
Use prescribed procedures to solve problems and consult supervisors or senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
Collaborate with others to solve problems
For customer-facing roles: Build strong customer relationships, act as interface between customer and GE HealthCare, communicate technical information, ask questions, and check understanding
