Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform project management function for customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Provide services to support the installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems and advanced manufacturing software applications, drive systems, manufacturing systems, industrial networks and the individual products that comprise these systems
  • Evaluate and approve operational quality of system equipment and serve as company liaison to the customer for multiple topics
  • Participate in the establishment, measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and write documentation (validation project plans, standard operating procedures, qualification summary reports, system audits, technical reports, traceability matrix, etc.)
  • Communicate with Rockwell Automation and customer management regarding project details
  • Build customer relations and apply technical expertise to on-site projects
  • Oversee field service deliverables, establish operational quality and assure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customer support by performing on-site installation services and oversee diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
