  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Slovakia

Responsibilities

  • Maintain diagnostic imaging (DI) systems in Slovakia, with a primary focus on X-ray and surgical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on systems
  • Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex, multi-symptom issues
  • Interface daily with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status
  • Assist the sales team during customer visits, provide technical insights, and identify sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and direction of the business in the Slovak region
  • Complete all administrative tasks on time, including documentation for FMIs and PMS inspections
  • Support complex installations in multifunctional rooms
  • Share best practices and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and GE Service Quality standards
  • Ensure service quality across the Slovak team and help identify training needs for colleagues
