Responsibilities

  • Competitively promote and clinically support Interventional therapies (Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty, Radiofrequency Bone ablation)
  • Execute protection and share gain sales opportunities to grow the business in line with AOP expectations
  • Focus on sales activities, including following up and managing sales lead activities
  • Uncover customer needs, develop and implement plans to leverage opportunities through understanding of implanter priorities, research interests, and capacity opportunities, in line with Medtronic strategic direction
  • Manage tender activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Medtronic therapies are included and positioned with a strong offering balancing quality and price
  • Consistently input all data in the CRM by creating and updating Account Plan, managing Opportunity pipeline, and recording customer activities for responsible accounts
  • Serve as an Account Plan or Opportunity team member in Focus Accounts managed by Account managers
  • Accountable for a high level of forecasting
  • Strive to continuously improve ways of working and achieve the best possible outcomes for the patient, customer, and Medtronic
