Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of related experience in autonomous machines, robotics, and/or a related field
Bachelor's degree in a related field – CS, ME, EE, Mechatronics, etc. or equivalent experience
Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams within the organization (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Cust Ops, HW/SW)
Location near satellite locations in Atlanta, GA, or Philadelphia, PA (hybrid-remote position)
Prepared to travel up to 20% of the year to customer deployment sites across the U.S

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support (both on location and remote login) to troubleshoot, establish root cause, and perform various types of maintenance activities required to keep the fleet healthy
Perform hands-on work with robots in the field, collaborating with the technician team and supporting customers
Develop and implement processes from the ground up to manage the maintenance of a large fleet of autonomous vehicles, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies
Create and implement a strategy to continuously monitor the fleet in real time using live data streamed from the vehicles
Create standard work procedures for maintenance and repair activities and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion according to defined schedules
Create standard troubleshooting documentation that can be easily interpreted by the field service team
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess fleet health and support real-time business decisions
Create and manage dashboard(s) via Tableau and/or Grafana which measure(s) the overall fleet health metrics
