Field-based role covering Milwaukee, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, WI, and Duluth, MN territories
Ability to invest up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers (HCPs)
Expertise in reimbursement processes, including product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, claims submissions, procedures, and coding for payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.)
Knowledge of managed care policies and potential changes
Ability to assess HCP education needs and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with HCPs and office staff
Capability to manage territory logistics and routing

Responsibilities

Educate HCPs and office staff on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements for core and launch Immunology Dermatology products
Collaborate with field support team members (e.g., sales representatives, key account managers) as the reimbursement expert
Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with a sense of urgency
Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes
Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in assigned Immunology accounts
Manage territory logistics and routing
Serve as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution regarding patient access to J&J Immunology therapies
