Requirements

  • Field-based role covering Milwaukee, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, WI, and Duluth, MN territories
  • Ability to invest up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers (HCPs)
  • Expertise in reimbursement processes, including product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, claims submissions, procedures, and coding for payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of managed care policies and potential changes
  • Ability to assess HCP education needs and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HCPs and office staff
  • Capability to manage territory logistics and routing

Responsibilities

  • Educate HCPs and office staff on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements for core and launch Immunology Dermatology products
  • Collaborate with field support team members (e.g., sales representatives, key account managers) as the reimbursement expert
  • Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with a sense of urgency
  • Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential future changes
  • Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in assigned Immunology accounts
  • Manage territory logistics and routing
  • Serve as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution regarding patient access to J&J Immunology therapies
