Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Robotics Field Operations Associate, you will execute commercial end-to-end deliveries with Serve robots in market, support robots in the field as the primary point of contact for issues, aid in the deployment and retrieval of robots, uphold efforts to maintain robot appearance and cleanliness, contribute to the development of operational processes, assist development and quality assurance efforts, provide feedback on product improvements, act as a point of contact for merchants, customers, and stakeholders, and offer additional ad hoc operational support to the team as needed.
