  • 2 years retail merchandising experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Grow customer and FreshPoint sales, volume, and profit year-over-year by ensuring in-stock of right items for customer demand
  • Stock displays compliant with customer schematics using quality product and remove freshness-dated or damaged products
  • Optimize consumer engagement on shelf through price changes, tagging, ad sets, and shelf arrangements
  • Clean fixtures when stocking or dressing down departments to ensure pleasing customer experience
  • Maintain client relationships by visiting store employees, department, and store managers
  • Collaborate with store leadership on product displays
  • Oversee ordering of FreshPoint products to ensure sufficient display and backstock to meet demand until next delivery
  • Arrange for credit for damaged products
  • Set up orders in customer systems and resolve issues with billing, receiving, and scanning
  • Increase product display space, improve shelf positioning, and adjust product facings as necessary
  • Understand individual store plans to assist with product re-sets
  • Set up displays for special promotions, observe customer reactions, and remove promotions at end
  • Observe and report on pricing and display of competitors’ products
  • Record inventory, hours, and online surveys in computer system
  • Daily travel to assigned stores within territory
