Requirements

Physical ability to work in confined industrial environments and wear PPE (protective glasses, gloves, clothing, and footwear)
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight and air travel, with occasional weekends and off hours
Located in San Antonio, TX
1+ years of experience in the field service industry desired
Experience with hand tools, air tools, and large specialized tools specific to the job/project
General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
General knowledge of industrial electronic systems (enclosures, cabinets, chassis, electrical connectors, cabling, mounting hardware)
Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols
Familiarity with vibration analysis and environmental testing (vibration and shock) preferred but not required
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance, commissioning new systems, and repair of associated equipment preferred but not required
OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred; can be provided upon hiring)
Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
Legally authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

Install, test, and service AssetWatch Condition Based Monitoring solutions at client sites based on defined specifications
Develop cohesive knowledge of company products and adapt them to varying customer environments
Ensure all installed Vero product solutions are properly reviewed with assistance from the field coordination team
Provide on-site technical support for industrial and manufacturing customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Troubleshoot and repair product installations when communication issues arise
Communicate and maintain installation and field service records
Manage and maintain service tools and inventory to ensure accountability of assigned company assets
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, representing the company positively
Communicate and interact effectively with customer personnel to gain confidence and cooperation
Support product development team in evaluation and testing of existing and new products
Maintain expense account and submit accurate records weekly
Work autonomously with minimal supervision
Demonstrate professional communication skills and conduct
Understand and solve for customer needs, providing professional, courteous service with continuous communication
Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Maintain exceptional organizational skills, be results-oriented with a bias for action
Collaborate strongly, build trust, and contribute to team success
Synthesize vision from CEO and senior leadership into day-to-day tactical support
