Responsibilities

  • 病院内における医療機器(画像診断装置)の新規設置、導入業務
  • 顧客装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務
  • 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
  • 顧客からのクレームを受け部内外関係者へ適切にエスカレーションを行い問題解決を図る
  • 業務を通じて発見された改善機会等について、積極的に部内関係者と協議し改善を図る
