Requirements

  • Curso técnico de ajustador mecânico ou ferramenteiro
  • Conhecimento dos processos construtivos de ferramentas de corte, dobra, repuxo e moldes
  • Experiência em try-out de ferramentas de estampo / moldes
  • Ter experiencia em soldas e eletrodos para material de estampagem e moldes
  • Conhecimento em metrologia
  • Experiência em ajustes das superfícies e/ou peças como: punções, matrizes, anéis, sujeitadores, adaptadores e cavidades de moldes
  • Experiência em trabalhos utilizando ferramentas manuais como: lixadeiras orbitais, mini retíficas, rosqueadeiras, furadeiras pneumáticas
  • Experiência em trabalhos de polimento em superfícies complexas
  • Experiência em operação de prensas mecânicas
  • Saber especificar corretamente materiais para construção mecânica de Ferramentas e Moldes
  • Disponibilidade de horários para atuar em diferentes turnos, incluindo finais de semana
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em São José dos Campos
  • Desejáveis:
  • Experiência em máquinas de ferramentaria convencionais: Torno, Fresa e Retífica

Responsibilities

  • Ajuste de ferramentas de CDR (corte, dobra e repuxo) para obtenção de painéis externos e internos no dimensional e qualidade especificada pela área de engenharia de qualidade
  • Realização de correções dimensionais e de qualidade além de finalizar o ferramental
  • Acompanhar produção de peças estampadas atuando na manutenção do ferramental em prensa / Injetora e opinar no processo
  • Realização de preventivas em ferramentas de CDR / Moldes
  • Interpretar desenhos técnicos, folhas de setup, trabalho padronizado
  • Desenvolver alternativas para melhoria do processo
  • Preencher relatórios construtivos, GMS, Check List e apontamento de horas
  • Operar Ponte Rolante para manuseio de componentes de ferramentas
  • Realizar lançamento de horas no sistema gerenciador de manutenção (Sistema Máximo)
