Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years of relevant experience in process design or refining process industry related to operation in FCC units
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken (other language skills welcome)
Strong mix of technical and commercial skills
Inquiring, flexible, and service-minded attitude
Communicative skills: eye for consultation, listening, and ability to respond clearly with arguments
Excellent influencing, presentation, and collaboration skills
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking ability

Responsibilities
Prepare competitive technical proposals and recommendations for FCC catalyst applications to existing and potential customers with the aim of selling catalyst
Convince customers to choose the proposed solution
Perform technical services, like unit start-up, unit monitoring, and troubleshooting
Perform studies for customers to optimize and improve profitability of their FCC units
Prepare and present technical papers at seminars and congresses
Assist the business in identifying technical needs and opportunities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing solutions to FCC needs, discussing technical proposals, and solving technical problems
Support the business department with technical knowledge to identify business opportunities
