Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in process design or refining process industry related to operation in FCC units
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken (other language skills welcome)
- Strong mix of technical and commercial skills
- Inquiring, flexible, and service-minded attitude
- Communicative skills: eye for consultation, listening, and ability to respond clearly with arguments
- Excellent influencing, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking ability

Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive technical proposals and recommendations for FCC catalyst applications to existing and potential customers with the aim of selling catalyst
- Convince customers to choose the proposed solution
- Perform technical services, like unit start-up, unit monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Perform studies for customers to optimize and improve profitability of their FCC units
- Prepare and present technical papers at seminars and congresses
- Assist the business in identifying technical needs and opportunities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing solutions to FCC needs, discussing technical proposals, and solving technical problems
- Support the business department with technical knowledge to identify business opportunities
