Candidates must be actively pursuing a BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related engineering field at an accredited university and will not graduate before December 2024. Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Systems Design is required, along with familiarity and proficiency in backend development, including OOP, distributed or parallel systems, Unix/Linux environments, machine learning, asynchronous programming, networking, security, and/or software development. A passion for C++, Java, GoLang, or Python is also required, along with enjoyment in solving puzzles and possessing critical thinking abilities.
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be embedded within an engineering squad to solve large, complex engineering challenges working on cutting-edge distributed systems technology and building product features. You will work alongside a mentor and teammates to build product features and solve real problems at massive scale, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies in distributed systems and hyper-converged systems. You will learn how to develop high-quality software and understand various software development processes to ship successful products.
