Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the manufacture of consumer foods complying with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Support safety program policies and perform work activities safely
  • Monitor ammonia refrigeration system, including temperature control, readings, adjustments, PMs, and PSM documentation
  • Operate and maintain combustion equipment (thermal oxidizer, steam boilers), including monitoring, PMs, water tests, and condensate return system
  • Operate and maintain compressed air system (compressors, dryer, receivers, cooling tower), including monitoring, PMs, leak resolution, and ensuring high-quality air supply
  • Operate and maintain water streams and wastewater treatment facility, including monitoring hot water systems, wastewater plant operations (disposal of solids, pH treatment, neutralization), and keeping precise records
  • Operate and maintain site HVAC equipment, including temperature control, filter/belt changes, cleaning, and PMs
  • Maintain facility, including general office repair, roof leak repair, and lighting replacements
  • Lead team failure analysis activities, specifically those involving failures
