  • Ability to patch, finish drywall (Tablaroca), ceilings, and basic plumbing knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces: Clean, sand, and apply primers to surfaces such as metal, drywall (Tablaroca), and concrete
  • Apply paint: Select and mix paints according to specifications, and apply them using techniques such as brush or roller primarily
  • Follow safety norms strictly, use personal protective equipment, handle chemicals safely, delimit work areas, prioritizing safety above all
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area clean and in good condition
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical infrastructure in facilities
  • Install, operate, monitor, and maintain utilities, including HVAC setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water, and process equipment
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies
  • Develop, maintain, and secure a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools
  • Recommend purchase of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency
  • Assist engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes
  • Provide technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development
  • Use schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment, or systems
  • Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data using established formulae and procedures, and perform detailed mathematical calculations
  • Perform basic tests and record data
