Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of building systems and equipment (preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Flexibility to work second shift and participate in on-call duties as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs or safety concerns
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests, repairs, and parts used
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve facility-related issues
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required
