Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifecycle in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong command of English with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and business discussions across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Proficient in planning, tracking, and reporting facility budgets, including capital expenditures and variance analysis
  • Problem Solving & Risk Analysis: Skilled in diagnostic tools and stakeholder-based resolution strategies for complex operational challenges
  • Manufacturing Systems & Equipment: Hands-on experience with application systems and machinery used in industrial environments, including setup, maintenance, and performance monitoring
  • Compliance & Standards Implementation: Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures, regulatory requirements, and facility audit protocols
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Capable of managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services and components

Responsibilities

  • Lead facility maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, and logistics systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and safety regulations
  • Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team, delivering technical training and fostering continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams to align facility performance with production goals and sustainability targets
  • Oversee inspections, repairs, and upgrades of plant infrastructure, managing space planning, building security, and contingency protocols
  • Evaluate utility and equipment performance, identify operational risks, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance reliability and cost-efficiency
  • Manage facility security, assess security risks, evaluate and improve processes aligned with corporate compliance and regulations
