Required qualifications include an FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certificate, 3+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, High School Diploma or GED, strong grasp of contemporary aircraft systems and repair practices, effective communication skills, and organizational skills in a compliance-driven environment.
You'll deliver hands-on instruction in aircraft maintenance, create an engaging classroom environment, collaborate on curriculum improvements, maintain the lab, manage administrative duties like grading and compliance, mentor students, and participate in professional development and meetings.
