Requirements

  • Available to work onsite between 6am to 7pm from Saturday thru Friday (weekends mandatory)
  • Ability to use hand-held scanners, computer software, basic applications, box cutters, knives, and powered equipment (e.g., forklift)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sorter operation: remove full totes, replenish empty totes, scan tote and location, rearrange units for proper fill rates
  • Manage product deliveries: prepare/review/verify receiving documentation, process/count/separate/scan product, operate software to track product, unload product manually or with equipment, organize/transfer inventory to production stations, maintain records/logs/forms
  • Stock drugs: open boxes without damaging contents, monitor/adjust for product size, label/scan/sort drug types to correct locations, transport/place drugs, store excess on overstock shelves/racks, drive forklift for skid items
  • Maintain quality/accuracy/integrity of inventory/packages: remove damaged/expired product, resolve discrepancies, inform management of issues, provide basic equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning, changing labels/bags/ribbons)
  • Complete work assignments/priorities: use policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines/expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback/difficulties
  • Ensure accurate packing/shipping: pack prescriptions, scan leaflet/medication, place on conveyor to sorter, pack temperature-sensitive medication per specs, include needed supplies, stock workstations, process/label shipments using carrier software/equipment, complete/verify paperwork for pickup/delivery
  • Comply with company policies/procedures/standards of ethics/integrity: implement action plans, use Open Door Policy, apply in business processes/practices
