Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
- Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for a combination truck and trailer
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing year-round
- Conduct grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean environment
- Work as part of a team to handle all aspects of landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
- Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards, complying with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Safely operate a combination motor vehicle (10,000 lbs - 26,000 lbs) and visually inspect equipment daily
- Abide by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Potential travel may be required
