Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • Successfully complete and pass a driver’s road test for a combination truck and trailer
  • Ability to obtain appropriate licensing and/or endorsements for operating State if required
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor

Responsibilities

  • Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing year-round
  • Conduct grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
  • Maintain a clean environment
  • Work as part of a team to handle all aspects of landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
  • Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards, complying with corporate and regulatory requirements
  • Safely operate a combination motor vehicle (10,000 lbs - 26,000 lbs) and visually inspect equipment daily
  • Abide by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Potential travel may be required
