Responsibilities
- Prepares and executes budgets by developing cost estimates, approving purchases, providing technical assistance, and verifying receipts
- Manages internal scheduled projects by prioritizing assignments, planning work, maintaining workforce needs, creating punch lists, and approving material requisitions
- Gathers capital expenditures lists and develops scopes of work for assets including landscaping, snow events, case cleaning, shopping cart PM service, and identifying other issues
- Controls company costs by conducting price comparisons, submitting warranty claims, and managing parts, equipment, and travel costs
- Provides required paperwork including expense vouchers, weekly summaries, and work orders to Regional Manager and Home Office
- Leads third-party providers by fostering professional growth, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and directing quality assurance inspections
- Evaluates replacement needs for mulch, rock, trees, shrubs, or sod; implements upgrades for sustainability; explores cost-lowering improvements; coordinates with Home Office
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, and measuring progress
- Ensures a clean, safe, and healthy work environment; assesses and resolves customer problems and complaints
- Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with policies; assists in correcting ethical and compliance issues
