Expertise in NetBackup (8.x to 10.x), Commvault (10.x), Cohesity, DataDomain, Quantum i6k, EMC Networker, Veritas NetBackup Appliances, Quantum Scalar
Proficiency in Linux Redhat, KVM, Opensvc / Veritas Cluster
Scripting and automation skills (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible)
Knowledge of ITIL concepts (INC, CHG, PRB)
Experience with monitoring, collecting, and infrastructure piloting solutions
Project management and deployment skills

Responsibilities

MCO of worldwide backup infrastructures, L1/L2/L3 support, and collaboration with entities using ITIL
Incident resolution on simple and complex infrastructures, performance analysis, crisis meeting contributions, and vendor interfacing
Drafting deployment and management procedures, coordinating integrations across the fleet in a team
Conception and definition of architectures based on Cohesity, NetBackup, Commvault, DataDomain, Quantum i6k
Technological watch: testing new features and non-regression of software
Implementation and presentation of Proof-of-Concepts, solution selection, technical architecture dossiers
Project management and deployment
Definition and implementation of PRA/PCA, tests, and crisis exercises
Implementation of automation and industrialization scripts (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible)
Deployment of infrastructure piloting solutions (Monitoring, Collecting)
Development of future solutions like Backup as a Service
