Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in accounting and general ledger, with expert-level knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables. Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will monitor business departments' adherence to budgets, assess financial plans against long-term objectives, and modify forecasts to align with financial targets. They will introduce and manage strategic initiatives to enhance business practices, ensure timely and accurate financial statements and forecasts, and maintain strong internal controls. Responsibilities also include creating strategies and models to achieve financial goals, improving business practices like revenue recognition and reporting, and recruiting and inducting talent to maximize team performance.
