Requirements

Candidates must possess 2500 total flight hours in fixed-wing aircraft, a valid FAA Commercial Pilot or ATP certificate, and currently hold or be able to obtain a 2nd Class FAA Medical Certificate. Five years of experience in engineering, flight test, pilot, or a related technical field is required, along with the ability to support off-site travel for development and certification flight testing.

Responsibilities

As an Experimental Test Pilot, you will assist the flight operations team in developing and safely executing flight test plans, flying the aircraft in onboard and remote configurations, and contributing to the certification of an advanced autopilot system and Remote Ground Station. You will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper system operation, while also supporting off-site flight testing campaigns in support of research and certification efforts.
