2+ years of working experience from leading management consultant firm (strong merit)
Professional and/or project experience from Supply Chain Planning transformation and implementation projects
Expertise in the interface of process and technology
Experience with APS technologies such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Relex and Anaplan
Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organization in roles such as business architect, solution architect, design lead, business advisor or configuration roles
Ability to lead and direct interaction with clients primarily in client-facing roles
Understanding of end-to-end business processes, best practices, and latest industry trends
Solid project and program management skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination)
Professional level of English and Swedish in oral and written communication
Travel flexibility

Design and implement best practice supply chain planning transformation capabilities, processes and operating models
Support clients in selecting and implementing state-of-the-art Advanced Planning Solution (APS) technologies
Drive client engagements and manage project delivery
