Requirements

Experience in SAP consulting / SAP SME / Stream lead / Project Manager roles in transformation projects, being the expert in one or several SAP process areas such as MM, SD, WM, IBP, GTS
Good understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP best practices, and latest industry trends
Good understanding of the SAP product roadmap and experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies
Deep understanding of various phases of project lifecycle (prepare, explore, realize, deploy) and good understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)
Team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills
Understanding of the SAP cloud offerings - RISE and GROW
Master's degree or similar relevant educational background with 5-10 years of relevant SAP experience, preferably across multiple industries
Background with at least some experience in leading and/or coordinating your own stream
Broad SAP functional and technical expertise in your own process area with a good understanding of integrations between SAP modules and other applications
Previous consulting, project delivery, and sales/pre-sales experience working with multiple large clients both with business and IT stakeholders
Ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
Fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Swedish language seen as a strong advantage

Provide subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP and associated technologies within the process area
