Pay is Step 1 $32.07, Step 2 $33.26, Step 3 $34.44 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
This is an on-site position at the Caterpillar manufacturing facility in South Milwaukee, WI, with 2nd and 3rd shifts available based on business needs.
Candidates need 3-5 years of FCAW experience with 10+ multi-pass welds on heavy 2” plate, experience with back gouging, carbon arcing or air arcing, and must pass 3 weld qualification tests using FCAW large diameter wire (3/32 and .052).
