2-6 years of experience in a similar job within finance or accounting (e.g., auditor, finance manager, accounting manager, or consultant in a related area)

Relevant master's degree in finance, accounting, or auditing
Manager level capability to lead projects with up to five team members, scope projects with clients and partners, and support/advise clients’ corporate accounting and reporting teams

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in client projects using specialised accounting knowledge and the Deloitte Toolkit
Provide general assistance regarding IFRS (ad hoc questions or short/long-term temporary tasks)
Offer practical assistance/advice on finance and accounting
Support conversions to IFRS or US GAAP
Analyse and document accounting treatment of proposed or actual transactions for clients' specialised finance functions
Assist with due diligence processes in business transactions (e.g., selected accounting areas, preparation of memos, due diligence material)
Provide accounting assistance after company acquisitions to support integration
Handle treasury accounting, including design and implementation of hedge accounting, processes, and controls for effective hedge accounting setups
