Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant actuarial experience and must hold ASA (FSA preferred). Strong communication skills, understanding of employer-sponsored medical insurance, and knowledge of Small Group and Large Group distinctions are also required.
The role includes 4-5 direct reports with a total staff of 13.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the PEO industry, experience managing actuarial or underwriting staff, and understanding of SQL or similar languages for data querying.
