Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee data processing and ingestion projects in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Apply domain expertise in business firmographics, regulatory compliance, and external data sources to support operational and analytical needs
  • Validate customer-provided documentation for completeness and adherence to established processes and standards
  • Manage end-to-end data operations, including vendor coordination, MIS reporting, project tracking, and related operational activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting for assigned business areas to support decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and strategic business units (SBUs) to execute specific tasks and achieve shared objectives
