The role involves acting as a strategic business partner, actively partnering with Global Research and Development teams and business segment and technology teams, driving cross-business global engagement, and collaborating with compliance and other GE HealthCare teams to promote continuous improvement.
Strong candidates will be well-versed in GCP principles, regulations for the protection of human subjects and other research regulations, with experience advising on legal issues like Fraud and Abuse, FCPA, IP, privacy, and antitrust in research contexts, plus the ability to structure, draft, and negotiate complex research agreements.
