Requirements

10+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
Experience in communications, marketing, customer relations, sales or similar
Experience in tech industry is a plus
Writing and editing skills, including ideation, content sourcing/creation, revising and polishing written materials
Interpersonal communication skills, including ability to build rapport and trust with teams and stakeholders
Ability to interact with all levels and roles within the company, including senior leaders, technical team members, communications team members and others
Visual communications skills, including the creation of presentations in PowerPoint, creation of infographics and using templates and layout tools to create attractive materials
Project management skills, including creating and managing project timelines
Experience managing multiple projects/deadlines in parallel
Demonstrated experience producing high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working within and navigating large organizations

Responsibilities

Develop and manage executive communications activities (internal and external) for senior leaders
Engage with various internal audiences (e.g. HR, engineering, product management, marketing) to source input to inform communications programs and content
Develop executive content, including talking points for internal and external presentations, thought leadership content, blog posts, social media content, and other materials
Manage executive participation in key events, including background materials, visuals and rehearsal plans
Manage relevant systems and tools to facilitate timely, polished communication to target audiences
