Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted 1:1 working relationship with the COO, their Executive Operations Partner, alongside effective relationships with the wider office
  • Expertly manage the COO's complex and dynamic schedule across multiple time zones, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts proactively, and ensure timely execution of key tasks
  • Open to travel with the COO & staff trips as needed
  • Project support & partner with OCOO on internal/external engagement
  • Gather and synthesise information, proactively connect the dots, and serve as the COO’s eyes and ears on the ground
  • Anticipate and proactively resolve issues, requiring exceptional problem-solving and sound judgment
  • Support key meetings; circulating agendas, capturing notes & actions
  • Prepare materials & comms on behalf of the COO
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration; serve as a key point of contact for the COO
  • Support operational tasks and processes; suggesting ideas for continuous improvement
  • Finance administration (expenses etc)
