Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of work experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant, and demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills. They should have impeccable written and oral communication skills, a process-oriented approach, proficiency in using the internet and spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and a technical aptitude. Prior experience working with successful entrepreneurs is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will coordinate and maintain the Vice President - Product and Engineering’s calendar, manage travel arrangements, handle phone calls and correspondence, follow up on projects and assignments, conduct ad hoc research, organize meetings and events, and remain up-to-date on industry trends. They will also be responsible for servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events, as well as proactively managing projects with detailed plans and timelines to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining confidentiality and operating remotely when needed.
