Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CXO leaders in a global, fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to executives leading large organizations (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Digital Implementation, Support, CX)
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars strategically, prioritizing internal/external demands, and balancing global time zones
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal partners (e.g., revenue operations, finance, HR) and understand key customers
  • Skill in setting clear expectations for meetings (e.g., purpose: decide, align, explore) and distinguishing urgencies from non-urgencies
  • Experience serving as a liaison between executives, leadership teams (e.g., Integrated Customer Group), and cross-functional partners
  • Expertise in handling highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Ability to expertly manage executive calendars, global travel, and communications
  • Capacity to anticipate needs, act as a trusted advisor/partner, and drive execution on critical priorities
  • Deep understanding of business goals, vision, and rhythms to keep executives focused
  • Availability for hybrid role in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA with in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic partnership and leadership support to the CCMO, anticipating needs and enabling maximum effectiveness for CCMO and ICG leadership team
  • Strategically manage and prioritize the CCMO’s calendar, balancing global internal team engagement, customer-facing demands, and external priorities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal partners (e.g., revenue operations, finance, HR) and key customers
  • Facilitate CCMO’s visibility and connection with global teams through meaningful internal engagement
  • Set clear expectations for meeting requests with stakeholders, clarifying purpose and determining if live discussion is needed vs. async/email
  • Serve as liaison between CCMO, global ICG leadership team, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, Revenue Operations)
  • Distinguish true urgencies, ensure appropriate preparation and follow-up for engagements
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Expertly manage CCMO’s calendar, global travel, and communications, ensuring balance of customer engagements and internal presence
  • Drive execution on critical priorities and help CCMO stay focused on what matters most
