Requirements

Candidates should possess a College Diploma or University Degree, along with 5 years of progressive experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working for an executive is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will strategically manage and plan the CHRO’s business schedule, travel, and daily activities, demonstrating solid judgment as a gatekeeper around priorities and appointments. They will assist in the creation and proofing of presentations and memos using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, prepare and submit monthly expense reports, represent the executive’s personal brand and act as a brand ambassador, support the daily functioning of the Human Resources team, coordinate and manage special projects and team meetings, effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain organized records and files, provide assistance for ad-hoc business requests, and fulfill other duties as assigned.
