Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives with complex organizational responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, including coordination of appointments and extensive rescheduling across time zones
  • Coordinate meetings/conferences, handle logistics (e.g., contact participants, compose materials, follow-up), follow up on action items, and report status
  • Arrange and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including multiple changes, destinations, itineraries, visa/passport procedures
  • Prepare non-routine correspondence according to company guidelines (e.g., brand compliance, proofreading for consistency, grammar, spelling)
  • Compile, process, and analyze data; prepare reports based on research objectives
  • Arrange conference calls, video conferences, or data conferences, occasionally for global audiences
  • Coordinate work with third-party suppliers (internal and external) to address support needs and issues
  • Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks (e.g., Accenture forms, invoicing, accounts reconciliation, maintain voicemail/email lists, manage time/expense reports)
  • Keep current on Accenture’s tools and technology; educate executives on new/existing technology/processes
  • Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive Support Associates
  • Record and monitor work requests in tracking tools according to local guidelines
  • Coordinate activities of other Executive Support Associates/Analysts (e.g., assign tasks formally and regularly)
  • Prepare draft proposals and presentations with direction from Executive or support from others
  • Review and sort paper-based and electronic mail; identify/take action as appropriate
  • Provide telephone support (answer calls promptly/courteously, act as executive’s representative)
  • Maintain contact and email distribution lists
  • Be readily available for in-office presence to support clients/customers, learning, community, events, and Workplace functions
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with Workplace colleagues onsite and virtually
  • Deliver seamless support through exceptional organization, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
